On October 31,Jingzhou Municipal Government and Jiangling County Government signed a project investment agreement with Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hualu Group, to jointly build Jingzhou Modern Coal Chemical Industry Base in which more than RMB 10 billion will be invested during Phase I,mainly for producing functional urea, acetic acid, organic amine, etc. He Guangzhong, secretary of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee, Fan Jun, Party secretary and chairman of Hualu Holding Group, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech respectively.

After Jingzhou Jiangling Green Energy and Chemical Industry Park has been upgraded to a provincial strategic project, in particular, the development of the "coal-electricityport-based" integrated industrial park has been put on a fast track, thus providing fertile ground for the development of Hualu-Hengsheng Modern Coal Chemical Industry Base Project.
